Born and raised right here on the OBX in Kitty Hawk, Kim is basically what happens when good vibes, sunshine, and local roots mix into one amazing human 💛
She grew up surfing, riding horses, and chasing that salty, sandy, sun-kissed Outer Banks life 🏄‍♀️🐴☀️
Kim’s spent years traveling, surfing, and working with nonprofits (she’s got the kindest heart!), and we’ve been lucky to have her at Red Sky on and off—serving, bartending, catering, and always bringing the glow!

Born and raised in Elizabeth City, Q is a walking vibe and a Red Sky / NC Coast fam staple.
He's been rockin’ with the team for 3 years now, doing it all—chef, server, caterer, host, fashion icon, hype man, probably part-time superhero.
We love Q for bringing the energy, the style, and the good vibes every single day—if you’ve met him, you already know 🕶️
