Here at The Little School Of Fish we promote holistic learning paired with play-based learning. We love to help stimulate learning by using imagination, encouraging curiosity, creating friendships and using a combination of the arts and nature. We would love to add your little one into our classroom. At The Little School Of Fish, any 'fin' is possible. 

Tribe OBX brings women together on the Outer Banks to inspire and empower one another. Every month we gather at different locations on the Outer Banks for a panel or speaker who presents on an everyday theme, ranging from cooking to meditation to wellness to creativity. These events offer networking opportunities for women throughout the local community.

VusicOBX was created by live music lovers for live music lovers. Being in the Outer Banks, what can be better than live music with a view? Since they began in 2020, they have arranged for many amazing performers to play and provide many concerts for a safe, unique, live music experience for all live music lovers to enjoy. Don't miss the opportunity to jam at one of these events!

If you have Ocracoke fever and need a little taste of the island, tune into the local radio station online. WOVV was founded in 2008 by a group of volunteers interested in forming a viable on-line and on-air community radio station. Turn on WOVV.org or if you are on the island, tune into 90.1FM to hear live local programming featuring music and entertainment, local news, weather, sports and coverage of local civic and business affairs. The programming is produced and presented by and for locals and visitors alike, broadcasting from the station’s studio on Silver Lake Harbor in the heart of Ocracoke Village.
