Outer Banks Hotline is a private, nonprofit human services organization that aims to promote a safe and compassionate community. We offer crisis intervention, safe house, information and referrals, advocacy and prevention education services to residents and visitors of the northern Outer Banks. We work with individuals, organizations and local agencies on a daily basis and have been an essential part of the Outer Banks community for more than three decades.
