Children & Youth Partnership for Dare County is seeking proposals for it's Professional Development, Kindergarten Transitions, Raising a Reader, Kaleidoscope Play & Learn, and Triple P Positive Parenting programs for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.
