The spacious penthouse features a gourmet kitchen, a large living room and dining area, a master suite, a guest bedroom, an office/den with sleep sofa, two full baths and a laundry room. The cottage has two bedrooms, two baths, a living/dining area with a sectional sofa and a laundry room.
