The 4-H programs has over 10,000 establishments in North Carolina. The Outer Banks chapter of the 4-H program teaches Dare County youth about entrepreneurialism, international exchange, working with animals, community service projects and healthy lifestyle habits. It additionally offers its members the chance to go to 4-H camp and meet other like-minded youth.
