We are an all volunteer organization that supports the U.S. Coast Guard. We were founded in 1939. The Outer Banks Flotilla has been in existence for more than 40 years. Our primary mission is to promote boating safety, as well as support the training and search and rescue missions of the Coast Guard installations in eastern North Carolina.
