It's a beautiful day at the oceanfront! So far, anglers are catching RED DRUM, CROAKER and PUFFERS. Ocean temp 67 degrees, air temp 63 degrees. SW winds at 10 mph. Low tide 9:25 a.m. and 10:22 p.m. High tide 3:50 p.m. Virginia's Cody Keys caught this one last night.

VIP Tourney Today! Rick Probst, pictured, caught and released this beautiful 42-inch RED DRUM at daybreak. Anglers are also catching small SPECKLED TROUT, BLUEFISH, FLOUNDER and SEA MULLET. Water temp 65 and winds are SW at 5 to 10 mph. High tide 7:57 a.m. and 8:08 p.m. Low 2:22 p.m.

So far, anglers have picked up a few CROAKER. Yesterday around dinner time, Sam Short of Danville, Va. caught and released this nice RED DRUM (pictured)! Ocean temp 67 degrees. Winds West at 20 knots. High tide 7:24 a.m. and 7:34 p.m. Low tide 1:49 p.m.

Still Windy -- Only three large RED DRUM to report, nothing else. Overcast with misty rain, wind NW 20 mph. Persistent large swell, water temp 68. Low tide 8:09 a.m. and 9:24 p.m. High tide 2:37 p.m.

It's still blowing pretty good and so far, only BLUEFISH, caught on cut bait. Water temp 70 degrees. Winds 19 knots from the north. Low tides 6:55 a.m. and 8:16 p.m. High tide 1:19 p.m.
