Took the Bait -- One 32 - inch - long PUPPY DRUM this morning along with BLUEFISH. Another beautiful day out. Winds are NE at 17 knots and the ocean temp is 73 degrees. Low 8:16 a.m. and 9:31 p.m. High tide 2:47 p.m.

Mid-morning update: BLUEFISH, CROAKER, FLOUNDER, SEA MULLET, SPOT, SHEEPSHEAD, PINFISH and POMPANO! Water temp 72 degrees.

Blue Skies -- So far, more BLUEFISH! Angler's are enjoying a perfect day weatherwise. NE winds have died down to 5 knots. Air temp 71 degrees, ocean 70. High tide 12:44 p.m. Low 7:27 p.m. A few surfers are out too!

Perfect -- What a nice day so far for fishing. One BLUEFISH decked. Winds are NE at 13 knots. Ocean water temp 71 degrees. High tide 11:59 a.m. Low tide 6:34 p.m.
