We are very excited for our third annual Earth Day Celebration and Plant Swap.  Come visit members and organizations, Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative (with their electric vehicle), Hatteras Library, Surfrider Federation, NPS, NC Cooperative Extension, Master Gardeners and more.
