As the only sushi bar on Hatteras Island, Diamond Shoals is known for both classic rolls like spicy tuna and inventive specialties such as the savory Watermelon Roll, crafted by Chef Keith Gray using fresh seafood caught right here on Hatteras Island. Midday Happy Hour on Hatteras Island
While our restaurant closes daily after lunch from 2–4 p.m. before reopening for dinner, you are still welcome to come hang out and enjoy our Midday Happy Hour. From 2–4 p.m., stop in for specials on your favorite brews and cocktails and take a break from the heat. While you are here, pick up fresh seafood from our market to cook with your crew later for supper.
