Camp Hatteras sits at Milepost 40.5 on N.C. Highway 12, between Rodanthe and Waves—approximately 24 miles south of Nags Head and 35 miles north of Hatteras Village and the ferry docks. The clubhouse is ideal for smaller functions, while the conference center—seating up to 200—is perfect for weddings, receptions, banquets, dances and rally events.
