Sargent Kolsch 6.0% ABV
Salute to Tad Sargent from the OBX Homebrew Club. Tad’s Kölsch style recipe inspired out brewers to create a Kölsch beer that brings a pleasant aroma of green apple with soft malt cracker notes, and a light pear finish.

Made with a pesto base, mozzarella, arugula, strawberries, goat cheese, and topped with hot honey, it pairs perfectly with our That’s How It Gose sour.
