Our Tiffany Tiles kid’s activity is a salute to the creator of many lovely fixtures in Whalehead…Louis Comfort Tiffany was a mosaic artist long before he mastered the craft of glass fabrication. This activity is an opportunity for kids ages 6-12 to explore the technique of working with small pieces of glass to create a larger image. Pieces of tumbled, safe glass are adhered to a take-home tile using the basic principles of mosaic artistry.
