Spry Creek Boutique in Historic Corolla, NC
Spry Creek boutique, named after the creek just northwest of the shop, is located in the heart of historic Corolla Village in Corolla, NC. Native Outer Banker Karen Scarborough Whitfield and husband John converted Karen’s dad’s old garage into a fun and interesting boutique for gifts and accents for yourself, garden and home.
Inside you will find a variety of handcrafted local and regional items, including Shipwreck jewelry made from Muntz metal that once covered the bottom of wooden ships, plus beach glass jewelry, art, candles, pottery and no nonsense dish towels woven in North Carolina.
The shop showcases a vast array of high-quality American-made and imported items. Discover funky On U jewelry made in Richmond, Solmate Socks, Wind River Chimes, French tablecloths and market baskets, shawls from India, Talavera flower pots, customizable ceramic house numbers from Spain, organic soaps made in Georgia, candles by The Outer Banks Candle Co. — the list goes on and on!
Karen and John make a point of changing things up each year. New for the 2024, season we now offer Saga, Cut Loose, Parsley & Sage, Flora Ashley and Cherishh ladies apparel, Avalin sweaters, Moondance, Kenda Kist and Marjorie Baer jewelry, and more added daily. Be sure to come by and see what's new!
