The Corolla Public Library was founded in 1997 after Corolla's bookmobile was retired. The 2,609 square-foot space includes a children's area, meeting room, conference rooms, a kitchen area all in addition to the library. The multi-room space serves Corolla's residents and visitors, offering popular books for adults and youth, in addition to DVDs, audio books on CD and how-to craft guides. They also carry special collections for local history, the maritime environment and more.
