This drive-thru beverage store offers a huge variety of beer, wine (no hard liquor) and beverages, and you never have to leave your car – the cartender brings your order to you. You may also walk into the Breeze Thru General Store, which has everything you would expect from a convenience store but so much more, including lottery tickets, vaping supplies, an ATM, ice, propane, firewood, 5-gallon water jugs, wine, hats and, of course, the famous Breeze Thru T-Shirts. Breeze Thru also offers the only keg service on Hatteras Island (online order only). The store, which features Sunoco gas, is located at milepost 55 and is open seven days a week. You gotta do the Breeze Thru!

Outer Banks Fishing Pier is a hub for fishing, dining, shopping and fun in South Nags Head. It's home base to the popular Fishheads Bar and Grill for drinks (including 32 beers on tap), casual meals and live music by the ocean, but there's much more to enjoy here. The retail shop in the pier house sells bait, fishing tackle and gear, snacks, candy, drinks and beach supplies and has a few video games for the kids, making it super-convenient for beachgoers in South Nags Head. It's also the place to pick up a favorite Outer Banks souvenir: Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fishheads t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats. A popular fishing spot, the 600-foot pier is lighted for evening fishing and is open 24 hours a day in season. Affordable daily, weekly and annual passes are available, and no fishing license is required.
