Water Quality Lab
The students worked through different scenarios to understand the components of healthy aquatic habitats. This included taking measurements for pH, dissolved oxygen, salinity and defining other key terms. The lesson was led by Education Coordinator, Sara Hallas, Coastal Fellow, Michelle Clower, and AmeriCorps member, Erica Connery. The Coastal Federation led four cumulative lessons for these students over the course of the school year that supported the standard curriculum.

Odyssey of the Mind
The Odyssey of the Mind groups were very successful this year. We hope to continue to grow this program in 2016-2017. The Odyssey of the Mind will be selling concessions at our baseball/softball seed games, please support them.
Junior National Honor Society
The National Honor Society collected 118 used books which they will recycle into the community. Thank you for your support.

Interest groups are coming to a close, thank you to all the community members who have stepped up and shared experiences with our students.
