Helmets for bike riders and skateboarders are required for all MMS students. If your student needs a helmet for safe riding please stop in the front office.

*PTO will have Chic-Fil-a sandwiches on sale Wednesday at the basketball game ($5)
**Spelling Bee will be 2/3 at 8:30 in the forum.
**MMS dance Feb 12th 3pm-5pm
**Hearts of Dare will sponsor a dance on Feb 26th. This will be a fundraiser for the families of Luke Sawyer, Hermilo Rosales, and Bri Blumenthal, please encourage your student to attend. If you would like to donate please contact Tifanie Kingston More information to come.
During the month of February students would like to show our "love" and pay it forward by helping restock supplies at MMS. If you would like to donate, items that are needed are binders, paper, dividers, and pencils. There is a box by the front office for all donations.

2/3 Basketball HOME against FFMS *Chic-Fil sandwiches at game!!! (Last conference game of the season)
AVID
The AVID students continue to do half court shots at all home basketball events as a fund raiser for Brie. Hope you will take a shot at the FFMS game on Wednesday.
Odyssey of the Mind
Our five teams are working hard and have begun to get props for competition. They will continue to sell concessions on Sat morning for the Parks and Rec team events, please buy from them as you watch the games.
AIG
Students are excited about the new interest groups. Looking forward to seeing some projects in the near future.
Rachel's Challenge
The entire school is participating in mix up lunches. Students love sitting with friends at lunch and feeling more apart of the school community! The Rachel Challenge group has also begun work on the act of kindness chain. We should see the results of this project late Feb or early March.
7th
Students in Ms. Day's class will be teaching poetry to their classmates next week.
8th
Another payment for those going on the Sea to Mountain trip is due! Please send this in ASAP.
