Summer surf. Local fun seeker Devon Simmons takes off on a nice wave while body boarding in the Waterman’s Surf and Adventure Camp at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head. Simmons and the other dozen or so campers ride waves, catch fish and have fun for the week.
Plenty of guys and gals look to practice on small incoming waves right next to the contest area. It was a hot day, but the ocean water was perfect temperature for skimming and swimming, it was right around 74 degrees.
Time is running out to become a member of the Jennette’s Pier Angler’s Club! There are only a few spaces left to install a personalized fish tile on the Pier and they’re going fast. Catch your fish today before it swims away!
