A violent lightning storm with plenty of rain that hit Sunday night around 9 p.m. has lingered into Monday. No lightning this morning but rain and flooding on roadways. One hardy fisherman giving it a go. Winds N at 28 knots. Low tides 9:55 a.m. and 11:13 p.m. High tide 4:23 p.m.

Counting Sheep -- So far, SHEEPSHEAD (pictured), BLUEFISH, SPANISH MACKEREL and TRIGGERFISH. Winds NE at 10 knots and 73 degrees air temp this morning. Ocean temp 68 degrees. Low tides 7:29 a.m. and 7:05 p.m. Low 12:36 p.m. Small surf.

So far, small CROAKER and SEA MULLET. Clouds, sprinkles and a bit cooler than yesterday with an air temp of 73 degrees. Water temp 64.5 degrees. Winds at N at 6 knots.
