A violent lightning storm with plenty of rain that hit Sunday night around 9 p.m. has lingered into Monday. No lightning this morning but rain and flooding on roadways. One hardy fisherman giving it a go. Winds N at 28 knots. Low tides 9:55 a.m. and 11:13 p.m. High tide 4:23 p.m.
