OBX Skim Jam -- Partly sunny this morning with plenty of cloud cover. Anglers have picked up SPOT and SPANISH MACKEREL so far. Dead calm with tiny waves and glassy conditions. High tides 10:38 a.m. and 10:37 p.m. Low 4:30 p.m. Come out to fish and watch the skim jam contest!
