Outer Banks Centre for Dance

Through professional and nurturing instruction, the Outer Banks Centre for Dance teaches toddlers to adults proper dance techniques, etiquette and confidence needed to practice a wide range of dance forms. Group and private classes are offered throughout the year, and types of dance include ballet, tap, jazz/hip hop, Irish dance, Flamenco, musical theater, pointe, lyrical, modern, ballroom and acrobatics. Students have access to numerous performance opportunities through organized recitals. Depending on which class students choose, a dress code may be required. That said, don’t be deterred if you don’t have the appropriate attire, the center’s dancewear boutique carries all supplies needed.
