Miller's is a family-owned and operated tradition that began in 1978 and is being carried on by a second generation. Breakfast at Miller's includes a big menu of favorites like homemade buttermilk biscuits, three-egg omelets, breakfast burritos, corned beef hash and a never-ending cup of coffee. Dinner specialties feature Miller's famous made-from-scratch hush puppies, local seafood (think coconut shrimp, crab cakes and fried or broiled seafood platters), Angus beef and pastas. Locals know that Miller's serves some of the best freshly rolled sushi on the Outer Banks. Rainbow Rolls, the Miller's Roll (with crispy tempura lobster), Crunchy Tuna Rolls and many more are served nightly from 4 to 9 p.m. Miller's has a children's menu and a full bar. The restaurant is closed from December through February.
