Island Tobacco has been a full-service tobacco store for more than 20 years on the Outer Banks, carrying a large selection of premium waterpipes and hand-blown glass pipes and an assortment of tobacco accessories and cleaning supplies. With more than 10 humidors, they provide a large variety of cigars, imported cigarettes and pipe tobacco, along with an interesting selection of gifts. They now have kratom and CBDs as well.
