Diamond Shoals Restaurant has a seafood market where you can purchase a fully cooked take-out dinner or pick up locally caught seafood to cook at home. They're particularly well known for their award-winning New England-style clam chowder and crab bisque. Select from shrimp, clams, scallops, inshore and offshore fish, crabs and Diamond Shoals’ famous homemade crab cakes. If you’re not in the mood to cook, let the market staff cook the seafood for you. They can steam, fry, grill or broil any of the seafood for take-out, and after 5 p.m. they also offer a large assortment of sides to go with your seafood. You are welcome to come in to the Seafood Market early to check out their fresh catches of the day, which will be served for lunch and dinner in the restaurant. The market has a nice range of seafood condiments and spices as well. You’ll find the market in the same building as the restaurant. It’s open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day in the summer.
