Eat, drink and have fun for a good cause – the best way to spend a fall day on the Outer Banks. Roanoke Island Historical Association presents this fundraiser for The Lost Colony outdoor drama on the last weekend in September. Held on the grounds of The Lost Colony, overlooking the Roanoke Sound, the Grand Tasting event includes wine and beer tastings from local and regional wineries and breweries, amazing food from 10 local Outer Banks restaurants, live entertainment and a silent auction. The weekend also includes a Friday night Vintner's Dinner and a Sunday brunch (tickets sold separately). All proceeds benefit The Lost Colony production.
