For the last few days, my Red Sky Catering Outer Banks team catered for Coach Hubert Davis, his wife Leslie, and the UNC basketball team, the North Carolina Tar Heels at a stunning waterfront property in Pine Island Limited.
We treated them to many meals, ending with a delightful dinner last night, with a North Carolina fish fry featuring crab cakes, NC shrimp, rockfish, and fall-off-the-bone ribs. Our sweet finale was an awesome UNC basketball-themed cake by Holly's Creative Confections
It was a fun night!
