Single Fin Bistro Bar & Grill is the first and only hybrid Thai-Sushi restaurant in the Outer Banks by Art Maliyam. Having just opened its doors in June 2017, the Nags Head restaurant is the area’s newest hot spot for both locals and tourists. In the short time since they’ve been open, Single Fin has collected a handful of awards, including the Yelp “People Love Us” award and the highly sought after Best of the Beach award for “Best New Restaurant.” by The Outer Banks Voices.

A picturesque sushi roll filled with local Colington softshell crab, mango, avocado, and masago; topped with avocado, mango jalapeno salsa, tempura flakes, and microgreens
Shrimp Avocado Green Curry
Wanchese jumbo shrimp in creamy Thai Green Curry sauce simmered with red pepper, and avocado served with jasmine rice

Mango with Sticky Rice
A traditional Thai dessert made with warm sticky rice and fresh mango topped with toasted sesame seeds and finished with a drizzle of sweetened Thai coconut milk sauce
