Cape Hatteras Band Performs

The CHSS Band performed Patriotic music at the American flag raising ceremony in Hatteras on Saturday, March 21st.  The ceremony was held next to the Hatterasman Restaurant where a flag pole has been placed to honor Veterans of Hatteras Island.  Thank you CHSS Band Director Sean McCroskey and band students for sharing your musical talents with the community!

The band will hold their annual Spring Concert on May 1st at 6:30 in the High School Auditorium.  All are invited to attend.

CHSS Cheerleaders Take Third Place!

 

Congratulations to the High School Cheerleaders Third Team Place Conference Winners.  Mary Joy McDaniel placed 2nd in the individual competition.  Great job to the girls and their coaches on a successful season.

CHSS Competes at the State DECA Competition

Congratulations to Miranda Veal who is the new NC DECA Vice President of the Coastal Region!  Miranda was chosen to represent the state of North Carolina at the National DECA competition next month in Orlando, Florida.
