In late 2019 our firm was contacted to take over a renovation/rebuild on the island of St. John, USVI. We ended up providing initial consultation to the owners who were in litigation with the initial contracting company who had not performed their duties and had been relieved of their responsibilities. Over a period of about two months we provided guidance and written testimony that was used to negotiate the litigation ultimately helping our clients get out of a terrible working relationship and realigning their project towards success.
