In 2015 and 2016 our firm was involved with a property in West Vail that suffered a major fire and had to be razed and rebuilt. The Rosewell Group was again contracted as a freelance project manager to oversee the extensive and tedious work of having to comply with the current building and zoning laws that had come into play since the structure was first built in the 1970’s. We were able to put our knowledge of disaster restoration protocols into play and worked with the town of Vail to replace the structure with a brand new fully compliant multifamily residential property. This involved a massive foundation excavation and micro pile installations, new fire, water, and sewer connections, and an entirely new building.
