The Rosewell Group was contracted in the spring of 2015 to work in the historic Vail Village as a freelance project manager on what has become known as the Fall Line Kitchen. We spent all of 2015 and 2016 renovating and adding additional square footage to the iconic Clock Tower Building just steps away from the famous covered bridge in the heart of the village. It was an honor and a highlight of our projects list to be a part of this build. With average construction costs topping out over 1,000.00 per square foot in this area, our attention to detail and quality control regarding logistics, scheduling and site management were put to the test.
