As we worked on the Fall Line Kitchen project a sister project for the same owner started just prior to that job. What is known as Crespelle, located at 278 Hanson Ranch Road in Vail Village, was a retail clothing store that presented challenges regarding neighboring businesses, changes of occupancy classification, and the usual logistical hurdles always present when working in a historic district. The Rosewell Group was tasked with leading the renovation and eventually opening up right on time as the 2015 ski season kicked off.
