Cottage 148 is our renovated 3 bedroom cottage located across the street from the ocean. It is also known as “Sunny Daze.” This cottage features a double bed in the first bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom and double bed in the third bedroom. A bath is attached to the bedroom with 2 doubles and a bath is located between the other two bedrooms. A dishwasher is found in the cottage as well as a stacked washer/dryer; this rental does have Wi-Fi. A TV is found in each bedroom as well as in the living room area. Sit outside on your front porch and enjoy the sunny days on the Outer Banks with us. This is an extremely popular cottage for families who have members with mobility issues as it is a ground level rental. Please note that rates are subject to change until a deposit has been confirmed.
