Welcome aboard the Sushi – a 52 foot custom Ricky Scarborough!  We offer full day and overnight fishing trips for tuna (yellowfin, bigeye, bluefin), marlin (blue & white), sailfish, mahi, wahoo, mako shark, tilefish, and other tasty gamefish.  Call or email Captain Charley today to plan your custom trip.  We use our experience and your desires to provide the trip you want.  We enjoy all types of clients - experienced or beginner. We especially enjoy teaching youngsters and ladies how to fish.

We fish 12 months a year here in the Outer Banks, including overnight trips and the winter giant bluefin tuna fishery out of Hatteras, Morehead City, and Southport, depending on where the bluefin show up.  If you’ve never watched a mako shark take a bait at the side of the boat at midnight, or battled a 300+ lb bluefin tuna in the middle of winter you should definitely give these fisheries a try!  We also offer custom winter fishing trips with Charley in warmer locations such as Florida, Costa Rica, and Panama, using friend’s boats for different species such as snapper, grouper, blue & black marlin, and pacific sailfish.  Meet some new people and enjoy a warm fishing trip for different species in the middle of winter!

Sushi is a 52 foot Ricky Scarborough custom sportfisherman equipped with Furuno electronics, twin 735hp diesel engines, 15 kW generator, and an 820-gallon fuel capacity.  She's fully equipped with bait prep station, tackle drawers, fish box, teak cover boards with Pompanette rod holders, teak fighting chair, full tuna tower, and triple spreader outriggers.  You will be very comfortable in Sushi’s classic teak salon with tinted windows, built-in couch, 46-inch LCD HDTV, DVD home theater, full kitchen with frig and microwave, 3 staterooms, 2 heads, and 4 air conditioners.
