The Marauder is a 35-foot Bertram Sportfisher which has been renovated from top to bottom. She is powered by two Cummins 5.9 liter diesel engines producing 600 horse power with an easy cruise of 23 knots. The Marauder is equipped with top of the line tackle for trolling, bottom fishing and casting as well as the newest electronics on the market. And there's a stereo with a cd player and a microwave.

The Marauder is equipped for fishing year round. with a full cabin which is heated for the Winter Striper season and an enclosed head and features a custom built tower.

Captain Troy Crane is the owner/operator of the Marauder and fishes out of Pirate’s Cove Marina on the Manteo/Nag’s Head Causeway.
